Let me guess… you’re here because something isn’t going right, or life feels ambiguous at the moment. I have been a social worker and therapist for more than 15 years. We are the experts on ourselves but forget this when life doesn’t take us in the direction we had hoped. There is nothing wrong with you that what’s right with you cannot fix. Let’s start putting the pieces together in a different way. Remember, you’ve got this!

My communication style is authentic, tactfully direct and honest. I appreciate the gift of your feedback as no one gets better in isolation.
