By clarifying what is most important in your life, I could help you navigate your troubles, whether it is adjusting to a new medical diagnosis, dealing with anxious thoughts, a big life change, or dealing with discrimination. While it is easy to feel broken when reaching out for help, I believe people are not broken but rather sometimes become stuck. We can work together to figure out how to move you forward. As a Veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom and a member of the LGBTQIA community, I am passionate about serving other Veterans and members of the LGBTQIA community. I also believe in equity for all, including Black, Indigenous, and People of Color.
