Overview

I have 12 years of experience working with adult couples and individuals utilizing cognitive, humanistic, and Gottman approaches. For 9 years I have been supervising addictions counselors, behavioral health staff, and therapists seeking independent licensure. The problems that I work with the most often are relationship conflicts, anxiety, and addictions/compulsive behaviors.

In addition to a PsyD, I hold two Masters degrees in counseling psychology. My research work has focused on provider self-care during the pandemic, and implementing Gottman interventions with eating disorder couples. I also have certificates in substance use disorders and clinical psychology and have experience working with forensic populations including serious mental illness and people who have committed sexual offenses.
