Overview

You are the expert in your own life! Even though we both know this is true, it can sometimes be difficult to make sense of where you’ve been and where you want to go. I love working with fellow neurodivergent people who are learning to overcome trauma, navigate life transitions, and to thrive in this world that has become increasingly chaotic and confusing.

My therapeutic approach is tailored to each individual's needs, drawing primarily from person-centered, relational-cultural, and feminist theories. I bring empathy and curiosity to my work with people aged 9 to 99 and am committed to creating a safe space for you to try on new thoughts and perspectives and edit it as you go. As a life-long learner and ADHDer myself, I love to hear about your special interests as an avenue to identifying your strengths and passions. Being true to yourself is fundamental to overcoming trauma, learning coping skills you will actually use, and courageously taking action to improve your well-being.
