Hello, my name is Renee Mahan. I received a master’s degree in social work from Northern Arizona University. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate with 12 years’ experience working in the mental health field. I am dedicated to providing a secure and caring environment where I will listen to you with empathy, offer guidance, and empower you as you heal and grow in your journey. I provide mental health therapy to adults 18 years and older using the person-centered approach to gain a deep understanding of clients and their challenges, build a trusting relationship, and to work together to help clients reach their full potential and wellbeing. I have experience working with diverse populations and I utilize techniques from DBT, CBT, and Mindfulness. I help clients with developing self-awareness, their self-esteem, depression, anxiety, interpersonal relationships, stress, and trauma.
