Overview
I help teens and adults with ADHD, autism, anxiety, and pain with counseling and brain rhythm sounds or biofeedback. Clients increase calm attention in a course with counseling. These tools are shown to work as well as medication for many things. I teach clients how to use the easy tools in about 18 sessions. It can be fun or deep.
I teach people easy ways to work with more focus or relaxation to create more calm attention with counseling. I was trained as both a counselor and neurotherapist. I have taught mindfulness based brain therapies that use technology to staff at The University of Minnesota Medical Center, The Mayo Clinic, Hazelden and other place
The results in research show people lower anxiety 58% more than music, lower chronic pain by 77%, improve memory by 11% in adults on average, and increase memory or attention by 29% or more for ADHD or Autism. As people practice they learn to change their brain and heart rhythms more on purpose. It's like learning to balance a bike.
