I have my Bachelor's in Psychology, my Master's in Clinical Mental Health, and I have my Professional Counselor's Associates license in Oregon. I want to show you that the things that have happened to you or are a part of you do not define you. You can learn the skills, coping strategies and gain the information needed to succeed.

You are not broken and you do not need to be fixed. You are mentally injured and you need the time, along with guidance, to heal. I won't tell you that it will be easy or that it will happen quickly but I can tell you that doing the work and healing yourself is worth it.
