Welcome! I'm Larisa Sopka, a Board Certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) in Washington State. I founded Mental Meer, offering tele-psychiatry services for psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and brief therapy.
My primary specialty in psychiatry is ADHD. I am ADHD-certified clinical services provider ( ADHD-CCPS), able to guide and advise you, and help manage your ADHD with expert knowledge and understanding of this disorder.
Other focus areas include anxiety disorders, PTSD, trauma- related disorders, and depression. I use mindfulness, spirituality, and cognitive behavioral therapy in my approach, along with medication management. My goal is to help you achieve wellbeing and emotional stability through kindness, honesty, and professional care.
