I am a board-certified, doctorally-prepared Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner specializing in the management of various mental health conditions through a holistic, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive approach. While my primary focus is on psychiatric medication management, I value integrative and complementary therapies and offer them alongside medications when requested or indicated. I also provide virtual visits via Telemedicine, an evidence-based model designed to enhance access to psychiatric care. Though I do not offer individual or group psychotherapy, I incorporate supportive therapy into every medication session to ensure a comprehensive treatment experience.
My self-care includes volunteering, tennis, skiing, exercise, and spending time with family, friends, and my two cats, Arya and Jon-Snow.
