I'm Cecilia "Ceci" Garrett, an LSWAIC, an associate clinical social worker practicing in Washington State. I earned my BS in Psychology in 2013 from Liberty University and my MSW in Clinical Social Work from Campbellsville University in 2021. My specialty working with individuals and families impacted by hoarding behaviors as well as adult children with hoarding parents (COHers). I also enjoy supporting individuals with anxiety, stress, family issues related to mental illness, and grief.

Choosing to start therapy often feels like a monumental decision. I get that. My style is conversational and welcoming, but I also challenge clients with ways to practice between sessions, because...well, lasting growth occurs between sessions.
