Overview
My therapeutic style offers an opportunity to connect with yourself in ways that can transform your relationship with all aspects of life. I work with individuals to explore and address patterns that block connection, peace, freedom, love, and joy. Using a mind-body-spirit approach, I focus on how trauma impacts the nervous system and shapes self-perception.
Our work together may address anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, intimacy barriers, boundaries, co-dependency, addiction, self-judgment, and shame.
I hold an MSW from New Mexico State University and am certified in the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), specializing in attachment and developmental trauma. I integrate therapeutic yoga, mindfulness, Non-Violent Communication (NVC), and Twelve Step recovery. I practice under the supervision of a licensed clinical social worker with Mindful Therapy Group P.C.
I am a master's-level candidate holding a certificate to practice in Oregon as a social work associate. I practice under a board-approved clinical supervisor, pursuant to OAR 877-020-0012, at Mindful Therapy Group, P.C.
