Welcome! Are you struggling to navigate the many challenges that come from chronic illness, mental illness and disability? If so, you are in the right place. I am a practitioner who understands the loneliness, trauma and grief that can result from living with chronic illness and my work is dedicated towards helping clients heal.

I provide care specializing in the treatment of chronic illness, chronic pain, anxiety, depression and neurodevelopmental disabilities including ADHD and Autism. With a Master’s in clinical social work therapy specializing in treatment of chronic illness, I draw from my professional expertise and background in our work together.

Through a collaborative process, I tailor therapeutic treatment specifically to your unique strengths and challenges so that you can reach your goals. I am a creative individual who enjoys involving art therapy along with treatment if clients so choose. I work with youth and adult clients ages 13 and up. I look to working with you!
