Overview

I would love to work with clients in a collaborative approach to their mental health. The clients I work with will be motivated to achieve their therapeutic goals and that are willing to mindfully explore their own thoughts and feelings.

I am able to walk with clients as they examine their multifaceted realities of their own mind, their thoughts, beliefs, values, and emotional experiences. I will work with them to help them understand how each of their parts relate to one another.
