Overview

My therapy style is grounded in both compassion and honesty. I believe in showing up together, getting curious about what’s going on for you, and taking meaningful steps toward relief, clarity, and change. I believe that insight and emotional resilience don’t come from avoiding discomfort, but from moving through it with support.

My years of work in community mental health has allowed me to work with a broad range of issues while allowing clients to feel seen and make progress. I specialize in working with folks from ages 10-99+ struggling with severe anxiety, depression, anger management, LGBTQ+ issues, neurodiversity, as well as group and family therapy.
