Overview

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with experience since 2016. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Community Psychology from the University of Washington and a Master's Degree from Northwest University. My work focuses on individuals aged 18 to 70, starting in community mental health and transitioning to private practice. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, integrating various types of therapy based on the client's needs. I utilize person-centered, EMDR, existential, strength-based, and solution-focused therapies. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, PTSD/trauma, self-esteem issues, cultural issues, relational difficulties, communication issues, and life transitions.
