With over 25 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I offer compassionate, results-oriented therapy tailored to you and your specific needs for therapy. Specializing in life transitions, chronic illness, anxiety, depression using DBT as a foundation to learn heathy skills for life challenges,. My training spans from Florida to Washington where I earned my Master's in Social Work degree. I am licensed in WA and Oregon (LICSW and LCSW) and also certified in Case Management in Health Care.
