Overview

I'm a Social Worker/Therapist with a humanistic, affirming, and socially just perspective. I hold a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Washington. My experience includes child welfare, anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and social justice approaches. I've worked as a Mental Health Therapist in public agencies for children, adolescents, and adults, as well as at a non-profit with adults experiencing co-occurring disorders.



I meet clients wherever they are in their journey, providing a safe, non-judgmental space for authenticity. My approach is harm reduction-focused, intersectional, and strength-based. I embrace body-positive Health at Every Size (HAES), humanistic, person-centered, sex-positive, and culturally relevant practices. I recognize the complexity of identities and power imbalances, aiming to build resilience and protective mechanisms. Together, we navigate the non-binary, relative world, fostering creativity and growth amid chaos.
