I have been doing therapy for 10 years, Licensed for over 6 years. I have worked with people of all ages and a variety of mental health concerns. My main experience has been with depression, anxiety, and trauma. I have also worked with ADHD, OCD, bipolar disorder, etc. My therapeutic style is person centered as I focus on you as an individual who can be the only expert on themselves. I approach therapy authentically so clients feel comfortable like they are talking to another human.
