I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Work Associate (LICSWA) with a Masters Degree in Social Work from Marywood University. I provide therapy for individuals and couples, specializing in trauma, grief, divorce, emotional abuse, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and major life changes. I believe therapy is a synergistic relationship between client and therapist, creating a safe space for exploration and self-discovery. My therapeutic approach combines Strengths-based, Trauma-focused, Attachment-based, Compassion-focused, Gestalt, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and the Gottman Method.
