Overview

I am drawn to working with teens and their families because my formative years were overwhelming and at times extremely difficult. The adversity I faced during my youth has profoundly impacted my work on a personal and professional level. It is my calling to help nurture the next generation and guide parents through the murky waters of teendom.



As an Art Therapist and Mental Health Counselor, I utilize a mix of traditional talk therapy and art making. Together, we will explore aspects of the self that are difficult to express through language using various art mediums. Art therapy is for everyone, regardless of prior experience.
