As a licensed psychotherapist with a focus on depth-oriented trauma work, I compassionately guide clients through their emotional and developmental origins, as we build a trusting and safe long-term therapeutic relationship.

In our work together, we’ll explore coping patterns learned in your early environment, often unconscious but still active. We’ll bring compassionate awareness to these inner dynamics so the parts of you stuck in survival can finally begin to exhale. I use a trauma-informed approach integrated with Lifespan Integration (similar to EMDR) and attachment work.
