Hello, my name is Christopher, welcome to your next mission. I am located in the Eastern Washington (Spokane) area. I offer virtual individual therapy specializing in Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma responses. I have worked in the field of /PTSD trauma for the last 10 years. I can also assist those who feel stuck and are having a difficult time moving forward. I work in a nonjudgmental style, allowing clients to express their needs and working with the whole person. I am trained in motivational interviewing, EMDR, CBT and DBT.
