Welcome! I am a licensed mental health counselor in Washington State. I completed my bachelor's degree in psychology at the University of San Francisco and earned my master's degree in clinical mental health counseling at Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado. My professional background includes working with survivors of interpersonal violence, LGBTQ+ individuals in a community mental health setting, and providing therapy for mood, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders. My therapy approach is collaborative and relational.

Together, we uncover patterns that hinder personal growth and work towards increased choice and flexibility. I aim to support individuals in building comfort with themselves and developing coping skills for life's challenges. I value cultural identities and social justice in therapy, drawing from psychodynamic theory, neuropsychology, and evidence-based practices like DBT and ACT. Excited to connect with you!
