Hello! I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker Associate (LSWAIC) with a Bachelors in Psychology and a Masters in Social Work from the University of Washington in Tacoma. For the past 9 years, I have helped individuals overcome barriers to their mental and physical health. Known as a "resource guru," I excel at finding solutions for every need.



With experience in community mental health and inpatient treatment, I specialize in trauma-focused interventions. I also work with clients dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, eating disorders, and self-esteem issues. As someone who has been on the receiving end of therapy, I understand the importance of collaboration and finding the right tools for healing. Let's embark on this journey together. In my free time, I enjoy playing softball and exploring the beautiful places in Washington with my family.
