I am a board certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University. I have been in the healthcare field since 1998, originally working in pharmacy. I have experience working with both adolescent and adult populations, specializing in bipolar and mood disorders, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and psychotic disorders.

I believe in meeting individuals where they are at and working towards common goals together. I value honesty and transparency in my therapeutic relationships. Client preferences and beliefs are welcome as we formulate personalized treatment plans. My main goal is to help you find and maintain an improved quality of life through managing mental health conditions. I assess and treat various disorders, offer medication management, psychoeducation, and elements of therapy. I may also recommend a separate therapist for adolescent clients to provide additional support.
