I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 20 years of experience. I specialize in adult clients with anxiety/depression, trauma/PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, adjustment disorders, and stress. My approach combines counseling, psychotherapy, psychoeducation, medication management, and creating structure in your life to improve your ability to manage your symptoms.



I follow Evidence-Based Practice and use a holistic approach focused on the whole person, creating an environment where you can develop trust and feel safe to share your story. I am a Board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner (PMHNP) with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Walden University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Seton Hall University. My extensive nursing experience allows me to diagnose, prescribe, treat, manage, and evaluate patients across the lifespan. Together, we can reach your goal of healthy mental health.
