Overview

I am a licensed mental health associate counselor and integrative trauma-informed therapist. I graduated with my Master's in Psychology, focused in Existential-Phenomenological Psychology. I have experience working with women in active trauma and domestic violence situations at DAWN (Domestic Abuse Women's Network) and helping people from various backgrounds with trauma, abuse, anxiety, depression, addiction, life changes, grief, and more at a community mental health agency. My humanistic and holistic approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that you have everything you need within you to heal and thrive. Together, we will focus on presence, embodied meaning, and relationship.

I have experience in nonprofit organizations and community-based care, specializing in trauma work, somatic practices, emotional regulation, and anxiety. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental, and connected space for you to show up as your authentic self.
