Therapy should make room for you to be yourself, not just in the session, but in its outcome. I'm Jonny Hiett, a licensed mental health counselor in Seattle. Trained at The Seattle School, I specialize in LGBTQ+ issues, religious harm, neurodivergence, attachment, depression, anxiety, identity, and trauma. With a relational psychodynamic approach, I emphasize the client-therapist relationship for healing. Using EMDR, DBT frameworks, motivational interviewing, and narrative roleplay games, I create a tailored therapeutic space.
