I believe therapy and therapeutic services should be a collaborative effort by first developing shared expectations and objectives for treatment. It is important to me to learn about your culture, community and lifestyle, so that therapy can be tailored to fit your life. I want to remain person-centered throughout the treatment process by having the consumer voice as the guiding force in treatment. I hold strong values for creating empowerment and taking a strengths-based approach to service delivery.

In practice, I utilize frameworks of Trauma Theory, Attachment Theory, and Family Systems Theory. I serve individuals experiencing intimacy challenges, trauma, recovery, sexual dysfunction or deviancy, mood disorders, relationships, and stress management. I utilize an eclectic approach to therapeutic services to aid clients in reaching their objectives including TF-CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy and several other modalities of care.
