Overview

I offer therapy services for individuals ages 1-25. I set obtainable goals that we can meet as a team. Therapy can be scary if you've never been, so I'm here to help work through that. I add humor and sarcasm to sessions when it fits, so fair warning. The session is led by you, so if you want to learn skills, be serious, have fun while still working, that is all doable - though I will ask what you want to work on. I believe in challenging dysfunctional thoughts and behaviors that don't benefit us in our daily life.



I employ an eclectic approach with a strong reliance on dialectical- behavioral therapy. I've had extensive training around trauma, eating disorders, suicidal ideation, and self-harm.

Whatever comes up, we can work through it together. Life is hard, so sometimes you need to walk with someone, and that is completely okay. I am here to walk with you until you can walk on your own. Let's start moving and see what happens.
