I'd like to help men who find going to counseling difficult.

Studies show that women attend counseling over 2-1 versus men... With that said, men have cultivated a natural and valid discomfort for talking out issues with the fear of being harshly judged or just truly not heard...

Fact is: Suicide is the 11th leading cause of death in America... And, Middle-aged men have the highest rate of suicide making up nearly 70% S E V E N T Y percent, of those total numbers.

I'm here, to help the men that struggle in a world they have difficulty understanding.

My approach? Well, it's a combination of holistic and realistic: Holistic, in that I can see large parts of a problem or situation that might be the path to the entire problem, and then look at those holistic parts realistically without blinders or opinions but just facts.

Let's look at problems together... Large, and small. Let's make 2024 a banner year for both of us!!!
