Overview

I have been a therapist for adult clients with a variety of mental health conditions since 2016. I am also experienced in working with client who are survivors of sexual assault, intimate partner and/or domestic violence. In my work, I support hope and self-determination as clients apply their abilities in pursuit of their therapeutic goals and well being. Therapy is a collaborative process in which I use a compassionate person-centered approach and various evidence-based methods to address each individual’s needs. Where applicable, I interweave psychotherapy with Expressive Arts Therapy. Whether you are here for talk therapy or experiential creative work, I provide a safe space for you to confront life’s challenges and receive therapeutic support.
