Overview

I've been a therapist for adults since 2016, serving clients with a wide variety of mental health conditions. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington state, a National Certified Counselor and a Board-Certified TeleMental Health provider, with a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. In my work, I support hope and self-determination as my clients apply their abilities in pursuit of their therapeutic goals and well being. Therapy is a collaborative process in which I use a compassionate person-centered approach and various evidence-based methods to address each individual’s needs. Where applicable, I interweave psychotherapy with Expressive Arts Therapy. Whether you are here for talk therapy or experiential creative work, I provide a safe space for you to confront life’s challenges and receive therapeutic support.
