Overview

Elizabeth Ledesma is a Mental Health Counselor Associate. She is also licensed in Colorado as a Licensed Professional counselor. She has been working in community mental health for many years. She has been working as a counselor for 2 years. Elizabeth studied at University of Colorado Denver and received her Master’s in art in Counseling with a multicultural emphasis in 2021. She received her Bachelors of arts in Metropolitan University of Denver in Psychology in 2016. She has worked with individuals including teens, children, and adults.

Elizabeth has a passion to work along side clients to aim to empower them in their journey. She has a strong leaning towards serving the BIPOC community. Elizabeth is bilingual in Spanish and English. She tends to have the client take the lead where they need to focus in therapy. Elizabeth’s style of therapy is compassionate, culturally responsive, and attuned to needs in session.
