Overview

My name is Meg (they/them), and I’m a queer and neurodivergent therapist who is passionate about supporting members of my communities in finding freedom from the societal structures that are not built for us. I’m not here to ‘fix’ you because you’re already whole. What I am here for is supporting and guiding you toward (re)connecting with your wholeness, healing the trauma stored in your body, and freeing yourself from painful patterns.

I’ll show up for you with sincerity and authenticity, and my hope is that therapy can be a soft landing place for you – a place where you can receive support that is responsive to the needs of your mind, body, spirit, and intersecting identities. There is room for all of your parts here. My approach blends Internal Family Systems, Gestalt, and somatic methodologies, which means we’ll use techniques that touch into the body’s intelligence, mindfulness, creativity, and presence. More than anything though, my approach is collaboration with you.
