As mental health practitioner, fitness, and nutritional educator I specialize in addressing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, grief & loss, crisis journeys, Dementia-related diseases, body image, eating disorders, and women’s issues. I approach each client's unique journey with personalized care, utilizing evidence-based practices, fitness and nutrition.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in social work with an emphasis on family and child violence from California State University and a master’s degree in social work from Texas State University, San Marcos. Join me on this transformative journey towards holistic wellness.
