I am Dr. Bode, and I specialize in sport psychology and counseling. With a master's degree in Sport Psychology and a doctoral degree in Counseling, my passion lies in supporting student athletes, coaches, parents, and individuals with neurodiversity.

Understanding the pressures and challenges faced by athletes and those around them, I offer a compassionate humanistic approach using behavioral strategies to foster resilience, mental strength, and overall well-being. My goal is not just to address immediate concerns but to equip my clients with lifelong skills that enable them to thrive.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I enjoy coaching youth sports, yoga, hiking, and spending time with my sisters.
