Overview
Many people come to therapy carrying experiences they've never told another person. Whether you're living with anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, chronic pain, or navigating life as a neurodivergent person, you don't have to carry it alone anymore.
I work with children, teens, and adults to create a space where you can be yourself without fear of judgment. Many of my clients have spent years masking who they are, minimizing their pain, or believing they have to handle everything on their own. Others carry experiences they worry are "too much" to share. In our work together, you don't have to hide parts of yourself or worry about being judged or misunderstood.
I strive to create a therapeutic relationship where you feel safe enough to be honest, even about the things you've never said out loud. Whether you're processing trauma, navigating difficult life experiences, learning to live with chronic illness, or discovering what it means to be neurodivergent.
