It is important to me that you feel supported, validated, and ultimately empowered during your mental health journey as we work together towards your wishes and goals. I pride myself on being a therapist who brings warmth, authenticity, and fun to our sessions! I believe in connecting on a human level, ensuring our conversations are meaningful and relatable, rather than mechanical or impersonal.
I specialize with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma. I work a lot with individuals who are part of the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as individuals who have religious trauma. I see youth ages 16+, young adults, adults. I am trained in IFS, EFT, EMDR, TFCBT, and other modalities that I pull from in our sessions.
