Overview
Katherine is passionate about creating a therapeutic relationship that encourages you to explore the narrative you tell yourself to better understand the way you show up in the world.
Originally from Memphis,Tennesee, Katherine earned her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health from the University of Denver. Through her studies, she sought a better understanding of the human experience by looking at the way each individual story contributes to the greater cultural
narrative.
For the last year, Katherine has worked at the inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization levels of care. She has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families.
Katherine specializes in the treatment of eating disorders, ADHD, and trauma. To do this, she draws from the most evidence-based practices to create a connection that is both grounded in research and cultivated in authenticity. Katherine utilizes ACT, DBT, CBT, FBT (Family-Based Therapy), and EFFT.
