Overview

I am a dedicated therapist specializing in individual, couple, family, and group therapy for adolescents, adults, and elder adults. My extensive training allows me to address a wide range of presenting issues, including autism, ADHD, attachment issues, substance abuse, sexual trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and family dynamics.

Cognitive-Behavioral, Person-Centered, and Narrative Therapy. My theoretical orientation is rooted in Bowen Family Systems, which emphasizes the impact of our family of origin on our current experiences and relationships.
