Overview
My ideal client is someone who’s reached a point in their journey where “just pushing through” isn’t working anymore. They may be navigating the weight of anxiety, unresolved trauma, relationship stress, or identity shifts that leave them feeling disconnected from themselves and others. Often, they’re high-functioning on the outsid
My therapeutic approach is eclectic, shaped by training in trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing. This flexibility allows me to tailor each session to fit the unique needs, strengths, and lived experiences of the individuals and couples I work with. I’m passionate about creating an inclusive and affirming space for a diverse clientele—across age, culture, race, gender, orientation, and background—where clients feel seen, respected, and supported. Whether someone is navigating trauma, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, or relationship conflict, I meet them where they are with empathy, curiosity, and practical tools for growth.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating—but it’s also a powerful act of courage and self-respect. Whether you're navigating something specific or simply feeling the weight of “not quite okay,” you don’t have to face it alone. I invite you to reach out and see if we're a good fit. Together, we can create a space that honors your story and supports the healing, clarity, and connection you deserve.
