Overview

Working with individuals, groups, couples and families is my passion. I've learned that we all share something in common...We are all on a journey through life. Through our journeys we discover who we are. Journey experiences allows opportunities to grow and learn as we navigate through life.

My therapeutic approach is a product of my education in psychology and social work. As a social worker for the past 27 years, I worked with different populations. It was these experiences that I learned about their struggles and success. Journeys allow us to cognitively process our thoughts as well as become emotionally focused.
