I specialize in intensive trauma treatment for individuals experiencing the lasting effects of traumatic experiences, including PTSD, complex trauma, childhood and adult abuse, unhealthy relationship patterns, grief, and anxiety-related disorders.

I utilize Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an advanced form of EMDR that helps clients process and resolve distressing experiences without extensive retelling of their stories.
