I've been a licensed psychotherapist for 17 years. I work with the whole person - body, mind, and spirit - with mindfulness and body-centered techniques when we want to go deeper than talk therapy. I help clients come home to the body and increase self-understanding and self-compassion, especially when traumas have made this hard.

It's a courageous step to reach out for help! Know that I will always show up with compassion and an open mind and heart.
