Welcome, I’m glad you found your way here. My psychiatry practice is both an offering to the collective grief and systemic barriers queer and Trans people face, and a celebration of our being. I believe that anxiety, pain, and overwhelm are often natural responses to real stressors, not reflections of who we are. Whether you’re navigating burnout, mood changes, or identity transitions, we begin with understanding your whole self.

As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I integrate medication management and somatic therapy to support your nervous system and help you find steadiness in your life. In addition to traditional medication management, we may incorporate micronutrients, supplements, and dive deep into lifestyle patterns: the relationships you hold, the food you eat, your relationship to sleep, and more. I also specialize in perinatal mental health, and welcome all forms of transition, identity, and family-making.
