Overview

Life can be unpredictable. At times, our journey is filled with joy and hope. At other times, daily life can feel overtaken by trauma, sadness, anxiety, and loss. Choosing to begin the journey of healing and personal growth is a courageous act – and one that reflects your inherent worth. My approach is collaborative and warm.

I have extensive experience working with survivors of sexual exploitation and trafficking. I also specialize in supporting teens and young adults navigating depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, self-harming behaviors, substance use, isolation, ADHD, school difficulties and family or relationship concerns.

In addition, I work with adults navigating grief and loss, relationship and parenting challenges, postpartum depression, and life transitions. I am dedicated to supporting your goals, insight, and pursuit for change, growth, healing, and wholeness. I strive to provide a nonjudgmental space rooted in compassion, care, and respect.
