I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and integrate EMDR with Internal Family Systems Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help clients cultivate present-moment awareness, reprocess challenging memories and thought patterns, and live in alignment with their values.
