Overview
I specialize in helping women struggling with issues that can come up during the many life transitions they may face. Life transitions include such events as career changes, relationship issues, family-building and empty-nesting, health challenges, menopause and other changes with aging, as well as grief and loss. My approach is collaborative and supportive, creating a safe, judgment-free space to process thoughts, emotions and experiences while also learning new coping skills.
My journey from school psychologist to adult counseling has led me to diverse settings, including community mental health and private practice. With over 14 years of experience, my passion continues to center on helping women develop from a strength-based approach, guiding them towards greater self-compassion, resilience, and growth.
