Rae integrates person-centered therapy, DBT, CBT, Reality/Choice therapy, family systems therapy, and psychodynamic therapy to merge past experiences with present moment focus and understanding. She offers compassionate, non-judgmental therapy for women, aiming to bring empowerment, understanding, healing, growth, and healthy relationships. Rae supports her clients with issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, codependency, narcissistic abuse, grief/loss, self-esteem, divorce, parenting and relationship struggles.
