Overview
My ideal Client is committed to explore the Self-Concept and Self-Esteem, as I believe these are the foundational principles for total health and wellness. You will be answering the complex question, "Who Am I?"
With extensive clinical, academic, and research experience, my background includes a myriad of modalities, including humor as a therapeutic milieu. I have expertise in anger management; addictions; depression; PTSD; domestic violence; and sport psychology. Populations are multicultural and diverse.
I have an earned Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ; and provide services for education, business, industry, and government, including the State University of New York (SUNY), Educational Testing Service (ETS), and American Airlines (AA).
